Binding booking and binding booking confirmation
A legally binding booking (binding for both sides) is only valid if declared in writing that you want to legally binding book a specific villa in a desired period of time AND you have paid an initial payment of 10 % in advance onto our German bank account.
Without this initial payment of 10 % no binding booking is done. After receipt of money your booking will be confirmed by us in writing which is then legally binding.
Cancellation of a booking
If you withdraw your booking two weeks before the desired date the
initial payment will be foreclosed.
Payment
The initial payment is done via bank transfer onto
the given bank account. The outstanding payment is done in cash or
with credit card when
moving into the villa. |
